"On the Fence" by Kasie West [Review]

I've read a lot of books by this author, and I decided to give this one a try. I found the title interesting since the only "fence" in the story is where Charlie, the main character, and Braden, her neighbor/friend, talk through secretly.

This story follows motherless tomboy Charlie, who's the youngest in her family living with her cop father and three older brothers. Braden is her neighbor and honorary fourth brother. When Charlie gets into trouble, she must find a job to pay for a speeding ticket and finds a job at a boutique. Slowly, she learns to embrace her feminine side.

This is a good story, one to add to your teen romance collection. It's not a fast pace, has some sports in it, and shows that it's okay to be yourself. Girls: You don't have to either be a tomboy or a girly girl. You can be a mixture of both.

Another good one for Kasie West.
