"All I Want for Christmas" by Wendy Loggia [Review]

Teen, Christmas-loving bookstore worker Bailey Briggs wants a guy to kiss under the mistletoe. She is sure it's cute, English-accent-speaking Charlie and not fellow classmate Jacob Marley, who despite his name enjoys Christmas. Which guy is right for her.

To be honest, at first, I was a little skeptical about the book because of the commonly-used song title, but it totally works in this case. To add to the song-titled book, most chapters are headed with a Christmas song title. Some examples are: Wonderful Christmastime, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, and Step into Christmas.

Bailey's love for Christmas is apparent within the first few chapters, along with her enjoyment of her bookstore job. The author did a great job at conveying Bailey's dilemma about whether Charlie or Jacob is the guy for her. At first, I was thinking one guy would be good for her, but then I realized later I shouldn't count the other out just yet. It came with a surprising ending that I DID NOT expect.

This is a good, light, Christmas romance teen book one fitting of it's title.
